Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd was 14 when she started to take part in the combat sports. She was trained in boxing, kickboxing wrestling, and BJJ. She made her first amateur appearance at 18 in WCFC against Jaimee Nievera. Ladd went on an impressive three-fight winning streak in Ultimate Reno Combat. In each of the three bouts she beat her opponent in the very first round. Then, she went to WCFC for the second time and defeated Leslie Rodriguez in a unanimous decision. Aspen was already defeated Silvia Baeghian and Maddy Simmons, before taking the fight to Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia was able to hand Aspen the win in a single-handed manner and beat her in a match that tarnished Ladd's amateur career. Ladd rebounded from the loss to defeat Roma Pawelek, taking her record to eight-1. Aspen became a professional in the year 2015, and was signed by Invicta FC to make her professional debut. Invicta fight Ana Carolina Vidal in Invicta '11 and she won by the first round TKO. Invicta Fc 16 was her first fight as a Bantamweight. She beat Amanda Cooper with an armbar during the second round. Aspen used her superior wrestler skills to knock down McGill and ended her fight via third-round TKO(elbows and punches). Aspen was then able to face Jessica Hoy for Invicta FC18 at a catchweight that was 138.1lb. Ladd was not able make the weight, however Aspen took the victory and defeated Hoy with a TKO. Invicta FC 28 was her final fight for the company. Invicta FC 22 saw Sijara Eubanks beaten by a unanimity. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to make her debut. She faced Linalansberg during UFC Fight Night 118. She outclassed Lina by pound-for-pound, and took the TKO round at the end of the 2nd. She repeated her dominance and scored an even amazing victory in her subsequent match against Tonya Evinger in UFC 229. Ladd beat Evinger by a punch in the opening round, and earned a Performance of the Night bonus. She fought her first big fight in the UFC Fight Night dos Anjos Vs. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. Ladd was victorious in the unanimous decision after a great back-and forth fight with the fighters received an award of Fight of the Night bonuses. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie defeated Ladd in 16-seconds to break her winning streak. in the 3rd round on UFC at ESPN 7, she defeated Yana Kunitskaya. She faced Norma Dumont as a substitute during her final fight against the UFC in UFC Fight Night 195. It was a loss by majority decision.
